Mitsubishi is focusing on creating EVs and other friendly fuel consumption vehicles.” However, Mitsubishi President and CEO – Osamu Masuko has different statement, “Evo X is unlikely would be the last of the Evolutions.” He added that the Lancer Evolution X is currently still in production and by observing the market’s demand, Mitsubishi will take into consideration that the Evolution concept might in the same way as previous series, and they all excited to find a different direction to evolve the model of Mitsubishi Evolution.
Mitsubishi opens up a possibility that a few numbers of Mitsubishi Evo with high-octane variants will be stopped and they are working on the hybrid and plug-in hybrid version.
