2012 Toyota Camry SE

The North American division of Toyota officially unveiled the seventh-generation of 2012 Toyota Camry sedan for US customers. The 2012 Camry sedan will have engine options as follow: a 2.5L four-cylinder engine which able to give 178 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of peak torque;  a 3.5L V6 which available in the SE and XLE trim levels that able to carry 268 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque; and a Hybrid variant which will be powered by a 2.5L four-cylinder engine.

As for the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, the selecting the EV Drive mode will allow the driver to operate the electric motor on the car up to 1.6 miles at lower speeds which is below 25 mph. To know whether the 2012 Camry Hybrid is being propelled solely by an electric motor, the driver can look at the EV indicator which illuminates when the EV Drive mode is on.

The all-new 2012 Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid will offer six-different model levels to choose from. For the basic 2012 Camry sedan, the variants are entry-level L, value-driven LE, premium XLE, and sporty SE. The XLE and SE are powered by four-cylinder or V6 engine, on the other hand, the 2012 Camry Hybrid is available in LE and XLE.

Toyota also offers four new body colors for the 2012 Toyota Camry sedan of the US market, and two of them are the Attitude Black Metallic and Clearwater Blue.

The interior upgrades for the 2012 Toyota Camry sedan include a new dashboard design, modified seat locations, redesigned seats, and “lean” door, pillar and headliner trim. For the 2012 Camry LE and XLE trim levels, they carry either Ivory or gray seating color. As for the 2012 Camry SE sedan brings unique upholstery in black-on-black or black-or-gray.

The four seat-covering materials for the 2012 Toyota Camry sedan namely fabric in the LE and XLE; fabric with SofTex in the SE, standard leather trim on the XLE V6 (optional in the XLE four-cylinder), and Ultrasuede with leather available for the SE and XLE 2012 Camry Hybrid. The standard feature for both the XLE V6 and SE is heated seats, while the XLE four-cylinder and Hybrid are equipped with temperature control.

Additional features for the 2012 Toyota Camry LE are two steering wheel designs with integrated audio, Bluetooth controls, and a four-spoke wheel; as for the 2012 Camry XLE has a leather-wrapped four-spoke wheel; last will be a sporty three-spoke leather wrapped wheel for the 2012 Camry SE.
